You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and go-to-market roles at a mission-first fintech. Your work will build diverse talent pipelines and drive hiring for a Series C company serving 18M+ customers in emerging markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates end-to-end
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate relationships

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter for multi-level roles
• Experience working with Senior Managers and Executives
• Experience recruiting for LATAM markets in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on with sourcing methods and interview techniques

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever preferred)
• English proficiency; Portuguese or Spanish a plus
