You'll configure and maintain the iPaaS platform as the expert who enables teams to build efficient automations, establishing best practices and supporting developers with tools and guidance. You'll focus on platform excellence by creating reusable components and standards to ensure developer success. This role stands out because you'll train and mentor developers while collaborating across IT, security, and business teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain the iPaaS platform (workspace structure, environments, security policies)
• Create reusable templates, shared components, and best practice guides
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to teams implementing iPaaS workflows
• Set up platform monitoring, alerts, and health dashboards to ensure reliability
• Train and mentor developers on iPaaS capabilities, patterns, and standards

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato
• Strong platform configuration and best practices knowledge
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT, computer science, or related field
• Ability to diagnose platform issues and guide teams through implementation challenges

✨ Nice to Have

• Workato Foundations Certifications (Level 1, Level 2)
• CI/CD practices for iPaaS deployments
• Experience with Python or JavaScript for custom code inside recipes
• Experience with other automation tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray.io)
