Description

You will provide expert-level security consulting services to clients across the Middle East, developing and implementing comprehensive security solutions. You'll design technical security systems and physical site hardening, manage projects, and write proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in security studies, management, or relevant certifications (CPP, CSC, PSP)
• 10+ years experience in security design and proposal writing with physical layout and equipment room designs
• Experience with hospitality, high-rise, malls, community, or transportation projects
• Knowledge of UAE SIRA and Saudi Arabia MOI security standards preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical designs for security solutions from concept to construction documentation
• Apply expertise in networking, security management, access control, perimeter detection, surveillance, and AI
• Implement physical site hardening using barriers, landscaping, and CPTED principles
• Manage projects including deliverables, meetings, presentations, program, and financials
• Write detailed proposals outlining scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes
