Description

You will partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams to design scalable processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive data-informed decision making across the customer lifecycle. This role involves owning global operational processes, improving pipeline visibility, and leading cross-functional projects to deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• 4-6+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Strategy, Consulting, or Analytics
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve complex problems and propose efficiency solutions
• Proven track record of driving process improvement and optimizing operations for a GTM organization
• Deep experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with GTM tooling

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM teams to design and optimize processes across the customer lifecycle, including opportunity management, renewals, and account engagement workflows
• Own development and improvement of global operational processes for scalability and consistency across regions
• Translate business needs into system and tooling improvements, working with CRM Engineering and GTM Systems teams
• Drive improvements in pipeline visibility, activity tracking, and customer health signals across GTM teams
• Define and monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to measure impact of GTM initiatives
