You'll lead the evolution of our data stack—from pipelines to platform—building infrastructure that powers product intelligence, financial reporting, and self-serve analytics. Your work will directly help clinical professionals run more efficient practices by enabling actionable insights like no-show trends. You'll collaborate with Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Product, and Engineering teams to make data a first-class product within SimplePractice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Engineering on scalable data systems.
• Lead technical vision and architecture for data platforms.
• Define data quality and security frameworks across the organization.
• Manage the full data stack from ingestion to consumption.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering.
• Expert in SQL and data modeling (relational, dimensional, semantic).
• Experience with Snowflake data warehouse.
• Hands-on experience with DBT for modular transformations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Terraform and Docker.
• Experience with real-time ETL (Kafka streaming, AWS Kinesis).
• AWS DevOps experience (Kubernetes).
