As an Operations Associate, you will drive profitability and efficiency by managing inventory, executing shipment and processing, and supporting sales floor operations. This role ensures strong visual standards and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery
• Maintain visual standards and support floor set updates
• Manage stockroom standards and processes
