You'll lead a team of 5-7 engineers, shaping product and engineering culture at a fast-growing vertical AI company. You'll own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, unblocking the team and maintaining strong execution momentum. This hands-on role reports to the VP of Engineering and offers a seat at the table in a rapidly scaling fintech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 5-7 engineers

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of software engineering experience
• 1-3+ years of formal people management experience
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proven track record of shipping products quickly
