You will own end-to-end recruitment strategies for go-to-market functions, partnering with executive leaders to design and scale teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Partnerships. Your work directly shapes how leading brands discover and grow with Coveo's AI-powered platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years talent acquisition experience focused on GTM recruitment
• Experience partnering with senior GTM leaders and influencing hiring decisions
• Proven ability to design end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple regions
• Strong understanding of GTM talent markets
• Business acumen and understanding of revenue models (preferred)
