You'll own the vision, strategy, and execution of the AI Platform that powers intelligent workflows at Outreach. You'll define and prioritize the platform roadmap, partnering with engineering and data science to deliver core AI components. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the vision and strategy for the AI Platform.
• Define and prioritize the platform roadmap across business units.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and product design to deliver AI components.
• Establish and track key metrics for platform performance and adoption.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise product management experience.
• Experience launching AI or Data products with LLM capabilities.
• Strong technical aptitude with modern AI stacks (model integration, embeddings, etc.).
• Clear understanding of AI governance, privacy, and compliance principles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building products for GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
• MBA or related graduate degree.
