Requirements

• 10+ years progressive recruiting experience, 4+ years direct people management in high-growth tech
• Proven success leading sourcing or full-lifecycle teams focused on technical talent
• Ability to guide teams through organizational evolution and ambiguity
• Mastery of talent analytics for deep-dive analyses and strategic pivots
• Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills
