💼 About This Role

You'll architect the financial strategy and infrastructure for a media intelligence company entering a pivotal growth chapter. You'll balance growth enablement with operational rigor and lead complex M&A, capital markets, and public market readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all finance functions including FP&A, accounting, treasury, and investor relations.
• Execute M&A strategy: valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and post-close integration.
• Build financial models for pricing, ROI on product investment, and sales resource allocation.
• Lead capital strategy across debt, equity, and strategic investment.
• Own path to public market readiness, including SOX preparation and SEC reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years in investment banking or equity research with deal execution experience.
• 3–5 years operating in a finance org at a high-growth B2B tech company.
• Deep expertise in corporate budgeting, scenario planning, and FP&A.
• Solid grounding in GAAP accounting, audit committee processes, and board reporting.

✨ Nice to Have

• M&A, IPO or take-private transaction experience.
• AI-fluent: used AI tools to modernize forecasting or operational finance.
• CFA or CPA designation (not required but expertise in core principles is).
