• Manage full recruiting process for national field sales roles
• Partner with Recruiting and Provider Partnerships teams
• Deliver organized, transparent, efficient candidate experience
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals
• Keep recruiting systems and pipelines organized

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting process
• Comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented approach
