You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for hardware, software, and product engineering roles at an innovative AR startup. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and deliver exceptional talent. This role requires onsite presence in Denver 2 days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hardware, software, and product roles
• Partner with hiring managers to refine ideal candidate profiles
• Build and maintain strong pipelines through sourcing and networking
• Conduct technical screens and assess candidate fit

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting for hardware, software, or product engineering roles
• Strong sourcing ability with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub
• Ability to work onsite in Denver 2 days per week

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in defense, aerospace, AR/VR, or hardware systems industries
• Experience using Ashby ATS
