Description
As a Front Desk HR Admin at MyHeritage, you will be the first point of contact for our Or Yehuda office, creating a welcoming environment while managing shipments, office supplies, and supporting HR welfare activities. You'll also onboard new employees and coordinate vendor services in a hybrid work setting.
Requirements
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
- Excellent command of Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Manage shipments and deliveries
- Greet and direct visitors in compliance with security standards
- Manage office equipment supply and back office welfare administration
- Support welfare activities and onboard new employees
- Manage 10bis, shuttles, gift systems, and other vendors
