Description

As a Front Desk HR Admin at MyHeritage, you will be the first point of contact for our Or Yehuda office, creating a welcoming environment while managing shipments, office supplies, and supporting HR welfare activities. You'll also onboard new employees and coordinate vendor services in a hybrid work setting.

Requirements

  • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
  • Excellent command of Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Manage shipments and deliveries
  • Greet and direct visitors in compliance with security standards
  • Manage office equipment supply and back office welfare administration
  • Support welfare activities and onboard new employees
  • Manage 10bis, shuttles, gift systems, and other vendors
