πΌ About This Role
You'll build the sales enablement function for a fast-scaling AI-native fintech company, designing onboarding, playbooks, and coaching systems that directly drive revenue growth and ramp time.
π― What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end sales onboarding programs for AEs, BDRs, and partnerships teams
- Build and maintain sales enablement content: playbooks, battle cards, objection guides
- Establish scalable coaching and feedback systems using call review platforms
- Lead enablement for product launches ensuring full sales readiness and training
π Requirements
- 4β6+ years in sales enablement or related GTM role in B2B
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce including reporting and pipeline analysis
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and qualification processes
β¨ Nice to Have
- Fintech or financial services experience
- Fluency with AI tools for productivity and content creation
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
