Description

You will serve as a subject matter expert on state price transparency requirements, ensuring timely and compliant submission of reports across multiple states. You will oversee preparation, validation, and submission of reports, act as an escalation point for complex regulatory issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Public Health, or related field
• 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical pricing, compliance, or regulatory reporting
• Direct experience with State Price Transparency Reporting (SPTR) preferred
• Understanding of pharmaceutical pricing constructs (WAC, ASP, discounts, rebates)
• Effective client-facing communication and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SPTR client engagements to ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare, review, and validate state price transparency reports for accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor pricing and product triggers to proactively identify reporting obligations
• Interpret complex state regulations and provide guidance to clients and teams
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce compliance risk
