Description

As an On the Ground Specialist at Instacart, you will be the in-store face of Caper Cart deployments, ensuring operational success during pilot launches in Maryland grocery stores. You'll collaborate with store teams, troubleshoot technology, and drive continuous improvement to bring cashierless shopping to life.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience in management, regional, or corporate roles
• Demonstrated experience in program implementation and change management
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Flexibility to travel and spend significant time in retail environments
• Proficient in performance monitoring and data-driven operational improvements

Responsibilities

• Engage with store teams during launch and implementation of pilot programs
• Provide hands-on, on-site observation to identify and resolve operational challenges
• Serve as liaison between local store teams and strategic operations
• Oversee execution of local initiatives and rollout of new programs
• Conduct technical testing and troubleshooting following guides
