As a Senior Account Executive at Bloomerang, you will partner with mid-market nonprofits to help them maximize the impact of our giving platform. You'll manage the full sales cycle, build relationships, and introduce new products. This role is central to our mission of empowering nonprofits.

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn and grow in technology sales
• Proven track record meeting 95%+ of annual quota
• Salesforce proficiency
• Expert product knowledge and communication skills
• 4+ years of software sales experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline at twice your quota
• Own the entire sales cycle from discovery to close
• Lead discovery calls, live demos, and negotiations
• Maintain forecast accuracy within 10% using Salesforce
• Engage with the nonprofit community to become a trusted advisor
