You'll play a foundational role in building a modern, AI-native finance function for a high-growth startup. You'll support core finance and accounting operations while helping design AI-assisted workflows for billing, collections, and reporting. This role offers exposure to startup finance and systems design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI-assisted workflows for billing and collections
• Review and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Own accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
• Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 0–2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong spreadsheet skills including formulas and pivot tables

• Prior exposure to ERP tools or invoicing systems
