πΌ About This Role
You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA. Your work will directly help clients develop communication and daily living skills. We offer paid training and mentorship to support your certification journey.
π― What You'll Do
- Implement personalized ABA treatment plans with clients
- Use positive strategies to support communication and daily living skills
- Collect data to track progress and celebrate success
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates
π Requirements
- Certified RBT or willing to become certified
- ABA or childcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Patience and empathy for helping others

- Experience with autism spectrum disorders
- Background in behavioral health or education
