💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA. Your work will directly help clients develop communication and daily living skills. We offer paid training and mentorship to support your certification journey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement personalized ABA treatment plans with clients
• Use positive strategies to support communication and daily living skills
• Collect data to track progress and celebrate success
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates

📋 Requirements

• Certified RBT or willing to become certified
• ABA or childcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Patience and empathy for helping others

• Experience with autism spectrum disorders
• Background in behavioral health or education
