💼 About This Role

You'll develop scalable differentiation protocols for iHSC production from iPSCs at Retro, a startup targeting mechanisms of aging. You'll adapt processes to bioreactors and optimize cell banking for clinical use, while collaborating across teams to advance therapies that extend healthy lifespan.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Adapt differentiation protocol to large-scale bioreactor production
• Optimize differentiation process for reproducible cell output
• Maintain iPSCs and prepare media throughout differentiation
• Transfer protocols to GMP environment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Biology with 4+/6+ years experience or PhD
• Expertise in hematopoiesis with deep domain knowledge
• 2+ years differentiating iPSCs into immune cells
• Flow cytometry experience for cell characterization

• Exposure to GMP environment and IND filings
• Experience scaling cell therapies in bioreactors
