💼 About This Role

You'll own Expert-driven data programs that power frontier AI models through Reinforcement Learning environments and agentic tasks. You'll translate ambiguous research needs into scalable workflows, ensuring quality and delivery. This role combines program management with hands-on workflow design to build RL-ready datasets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scope and execute expert-driven data programs from task design to delivery
• Onboard domain experts to produce consistent outputs with speed
• Design pipelines transforming expert input into structured RL data
• Define quality benchmarks, throughput targets, and acceptance criteria

📋 Requirements

• Program/project management in data, ML, or ops-heavy environments
• Experience working with domain experts and distributed contributors
• Familiarity with ML/RL data pipelines, evaluation, and agent workflows
• Systems thinking to scale processes by orders of magnitude
