💼 About This Role

You'll support clinical and operational users by configuring and optimizing Epic EHR features to meet business needs. You'll act as a liaison between IT and clinical teams, conduct testing, and develop end-user training to enhance system adoption and data integrity. This remote role offers the chance to shape telepsychiatry solutions at the nation's leading virtual mental health practice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide application support to clinical and operational staff.
• Act as liaison between IT and clinical/business teams.
• Conduct testing of system configurations for functionality and data integrity.
• Configure Epic modules and provision user access.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare IT focusing on EHR.
• Proven proficiency in Epic Ambulatory.
• Experience supporting and implementing Epic workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Epic Ambulatory certification preferred.
• Configuring Urgent Care, MyChart, Provider Finder, Epic Care Link, or Epic Video.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in healthcare informatics.
