💼 About This Role

You'll provide casework services to participants in a prison re-entry program, including intake, needs assessment, and case management plan development. You'll collaborate with CDCR staff and make referrals to outside agencies to support participant progress and transition planning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct initial intake and needs assessments for participants.
• Develop and monitor Case Management Plans (CMP).
• Document progress and services in participant files.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with CDCR liaisons.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field, or high school diploma + 2 years experience.
• Valid California driver's license and eligibility for Amity vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of causes and effects of long-term incarceration.
• Operational knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Access.
