Description
You will drive new and organic growth by expanding the use of Ceribell's EEG system into new departments and indications within existing customer accounts in the Northwest region (Seattle and Portland). You will partner with Clinical Account Managers, build advocacy with physicians, and lead training and launch activities for new department expansions.
Requirements
- 7-10 years critical care sales experience OR 5 years med device/pharma sales with 3+ years RN clinical
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders (physicians, administration) and hospital committees
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assess needs, adapt strategy, and influence change
- High integrity, coachable, and driven
Responsibilities
- Drive expansion of Ceribell into new departments and indications within existing accounts
- Partner with Clinical Account Manager to identify opportunities and build champion support
- Deliver formal presentations, peer education, and physician training
- Manage project launches for new departments and coordinate cross-functionally
- Educate and train hospital staff on product usage and clinical protocols
