As a Senior Service Cloud Developer, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to design and implement scalable solutions for business needs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide testing, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience on SFDC Service Cloud
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Customer Community
• Experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, LWC, VisualForce
• Integration experience (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events)
• Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL

Responsibilities

• Enable and improve business processes through new or enhanced products/tools
• Define IT solutions and communicate alternatives to business units
• Balance numerous priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with all levels and cross-functional teams
• Guide QA and business teams during testing
