🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to the care team.
• Document care using electronic charting (AlayaCare).

📋 Requirements

• Current valid LPN license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• MAR-EPA certification.
