You'll join Esri's contracts team to draft and negotiate cloud, software, and procurement agreements. Your work will directly support the company's sales goals and ensure risk mitigation while protecting intellectual property. You'll collaborate with attorneys and business teams across a global organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft, and negotiate cloud, software, and procurement agreements
• Review, draft and negotiate statements of work
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure contract terms align with objectives
• Identify opportunities to streamline negotiations and educate stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience negotiating and drafting agreements
• Bachelor's degree in business, contracts administration, legal studies, or related field
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of Apttus or Salesforce
• Ability to manage a significant volume of agreements in a timely manner

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or JD
• Experience negotiating technology and services agreements
• Experience with open-source software and open data licensing
