You'll provide remote speech therapy to a diverse pediatric population using Expressable's telehealth platform and AI assistant. Your core impact is empowering caregivers through family-led therapy for measurable outcomes. This role offers the flexibility to design your own schedule with weekend availability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for pediatric clients
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable's custom technology platform
• Deliver care focused on measurable outcomes and caregiver education
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time

📋 Requirements

• ASHA CCC-SLP certification and individual NPI number
• State license in CA (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in teletherapy or remote clinical care
• Experience with adult clinical care and assessments
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish or other languages)
