You'll own end-to-end payroll and equity operations for a high-growth AI company, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Process semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and off-cycle payrolls accurately
• Administer equity grants, vestings, and exercises in equity platform
• Prepare journal entries for payroll, benefits, and stock-based compensation
• Serve as primary contact for employee payroll and equity inquiries

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of progressive payroll or equity experience
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with complex formulas
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
