💼 About This Role

You'll support the launch of ALSO's electric mobility brand in Washington DC through mobile demos and retail experiences. You'll be the front-line representative, introducing customers to our vehicles and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the chance to grow with an early-stage brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging customer experiences in mobile and fixed retail environments.
• Educate customers on ALSO vehicles and guide them through demo rides.
• Support local sales goals by converting interest into qualified leads.
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of mobile demo events.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, events, sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and events.
• Interest in cycling, EVs, or innovative consumer brands.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in brand ambassador or field marketing roles.
• Knowledge of and comfort riding a bike in Washington DC.
