🎯 What You'll Do

• Own performance marketing via paid social and paid media platforms
• Execute campaign builds, optimizations, and reporting end-to-end
• Manage client budgets and advise on allocation changes
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations to clients weekly

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience
• 1-2 years in an agency setting
• 2 years hands-on with Meta Ads for direct response
• 2 years experience with Search Engine Marketing campaign development and optimization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suites
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
