Description

You will lead and build a team of SDRs to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth at Relay, a cloud platform empowering frontline workers. You'll coach, train, and hire while collaborating with marketing, product, and sales to execute strategic plans.

Requirements

  • Prior sales management and leadership experience, including managing an SDR team
  • Multiple years of proven success and quota attainment in direct sales roles
  • Consistent track record of hitting revenue targets in a SaaS business
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable

Responsibilities

  • Assist SDRs and AEs with execution of strategic plans
  • Train and coach team to advance their careers
