💼 About This Role

You'll lead Lalamove's investor relations function as the company transitions to public markets. You'll serve as a key bridge between the organization and the financial community, translating operational success into a sophisticated investment narrative and managing relationships with investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cultivate and manage deep relationships with investor community
• Proactively manage investor inquiries and sentiment
• Direct strategy for earnings calls and roadshows
• Lead communications with analysts and financial institutions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IR, Equity Research, or Investment Banking
• Proven track record in IR within a high-growth environment
• Deep understanding of financial modeling and capital market regulations
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
