Description

As the Account Director for our tech portfolio, you'll own the day-to-day client experience for specific brands, nurturing relationships and developing a deep understanding of the client's business. You will act as the client's primary partner and voice within Monks, ensuring we deliver value at every turn while being passionate about new technologies and seeking opportunities to create impactful work.

Requirements

  • Expertise in client management with ability to own day-to-day client experience for specific brands
  • Tech savvy, especially in AI, and actively uses new tools to enhance processes
  • Comfortable navigating difficult but collaborative conversations internally and externally
  • Commercial acumen to identify opportunities and track client profitability
  • Proven ability to ensure projects delivered on time and on cost

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all work is delivered effectively, managing project aspects on time and on cost
  • Resolve complex client concerns and manage escalations professionally
  • Identify opportunities and bring Monks solutions to clients for growth
  • Manage specific portions of client revenue by developing and converting commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align and translate client priorities into briefs and scopes
