Description

You will own the architecture for Google Workspace, Slack, and enterprise collaboration platforms at Anthropic, ensuring they scale securely as the company grows. You'll write Python integrations against SaaS APIs, serve as the final escalation tier for platform issues, and drive vendor relationships. Your work directly supports AI safety at scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years building secure IT systems in complex environments
• Deep hands-on experience with enterprise administration of Google Workspace and Slack
• Built integrations against SaaS APIs
• Experience as final escalation tier for platform issues
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Own tenant-wide architecture for Google Workspace, Slack, and core collaboration platforms
• Design compartmentalization and data-governance models that scale with the company
• Build integrations and automation against SaaS APIs to automate provisioning and catch drift
• Serve as the final escalation tier for platform issues Support can't resolve
• Lead vendor relationships and partner with Corporate Security on SaaS hardening and compliance
