💼 About This Role

You'll carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, and harvesting at one of the largest cannabis cultivation facilities. Your work directly supports plant production and quality control in a highly regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prune, top, and trim plants according to company policy
• Transplant plants into larger pots
• Harvest and buck wet or dry plants
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility

📋 Requirements

• Two years experience in general production, preferably regulated field
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level
