Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer-facing role in digital advertising
  • In-depth knowledge of social advertising platforms like Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok
  • Empathetic and results-driven with a passion for customer success
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Strong communication skills in English and willingness to work hybrid in Sydney office
