Description

As an Associate Implementation Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through onboarding and configuring our AML platform, managing projects from kickoff to go-live while feeding insights to product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or sciences
• 1+ years of SaaS or customer facing experience
• Native or bilingual proficiency in French
• Technical understanding of REST API services and implementation
• Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Support clients with AML scenario/rule requests including new rule builds, amendments, threshold changes, and logic refinements
• Assist clients in deploying rule changes to production efficiently
• Manage projects with top-down oversight ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline
• Develop comprehensive project plans merging customer requirements with company goals
• Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables
