💼 About This Role

You'll architect the acquisition of critical skills for the entire Wiz GTM organization, designing foundational curriculum that defines how we go to market. You'll serve as the primary engine for foundational GTM content, creating 'Golden Source' materials that set the company standard. This role focuses on strategy and craft of execution, ensuring our value framework and sales playbook are integrated into every new GTM hire's journey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own learning paths for all GTM roles.
• Build and refine playbooks for storytelling, discovery, and negotiation.
• Drive teaching and reinforcement of our sales playbook.
• Lead high-intensity, workshop-style sessions during global GTM bootcamps.
• Act as primary architect for onboarding content.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in GTM Leadership, Sales Enablement, or top-tier Sales Consultancy.
• Proven ability to build no-fluff assets and structured learning journeys.
• Elite facilitation skills to drive engagement across diverse GTM audiences.
• Deep expertise in MEDDPICC-based playbook and value-selling frameworks.
