💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical integration experience for Abacum's customers end-to-end, working with a fast-growing SaaS company in the EPM/CPM space. You'll be the single point of accountability for ensuring customer data flows reliably into Abacum, and you'll act as the technical authority on complex deals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scope and design integrations for new customers on complex systems
• Resolve Tier 2 integration escalations across multiple source systems
• Partner with Sales Consultants on strategic deals
• Build and maintain integration playbooks and templates

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years in a technical customer-facing role
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar
• Solid FP&A domain understanding
• Fluent English
