💼 About This Role

You'll manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) at a leading digital manufacturer. Your work will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 while driving process improvements. You'll partner across teams to embed quality into daily operations at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and improve QMS in alignment with ISO standards
• Lead CAPA investigations and root cause analysis
• Support internal, external, and customer audits
• Develop and analyze quality metrics for continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
• 7-10+ years of QMS experience
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or AS9100
• Experience with CAPA processes and root cause analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• ASQ Certification (CQE, Certified Auditor)
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated industries
• Experience developing QMS metrics and trend analysis
