🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and execution of strategic clinical delivery initiatives
• Optimize referral funnel workflows from intake to scheduling
• Define and track KPIs for funnel health and initiative impact
• Design future-state operating models for scalability and consistency

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or clinical operations
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
• Deep experience in process design and operational scaling
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, or patient recruitment
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and alignment forums
