You'll accelerate BNGAI's growth in the UK market by building a pipeline of qualified opportunities across developers, housebuilders, infrastructure owners, and ecology consultancies. You'll execute high-volume outbound prospecting using automation tools and directly impact the commercial success of a rapidly scaling team. This role offers hybrid working from a central London office and clear career progression.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn
- Research accounts to personalize outreach
- Use automation tools to scale prospecting
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity data in Salesforce
๐ Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in business development or outbound sales
- Proven ability to prospect via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Comfort using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with automation and AI tools for outreach
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Apollo.io or similar sales engagement platforms
- Knowledge of environmental or infrastructure sectors
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
