You'll accelerate BNGAI's growth in the UK market by building a pipeline of qualified opportunities across developers, housebuilders, infrastructure owners, and ecology consultancies. You'll execute high-volume outbound prospecting using automation tools and directly impact the commercial success of a rapidly scaling team. This role offers hybrid working from a central London office and clear career progression.

  • Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn
  • Research accounts to personalize outreach
  • Use automation tools to scale prospecting
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate activity data in Salesforce

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in business development or outbound sales
  • Proven ability to prospect via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Comfort using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with automation and AI tools for outreach

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Apollo.io or similar sales engagement platforms
  • Knowledge of environmental or infrastructure sectors
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
