You'll lead reliability engineering for Lirio's cloud-native AI platform. Your work ensures high availability and scalability of systems that drive health behavior change.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain automated deployment and monitoring solutions.
• Define and enforce service-level objectives (SLOs) and error budgets.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
• Mentor engineers on reliability and operational best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of related experience in reliability engineering.
• Proficiency in Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills in Java, TypeScript, or Python.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka messaging/streaming.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and infrastructure as code.
