Description

You will own the success and health of a portfolio of small business customers, ensuring they get maximum value from Podium's AI interaction management platform. Partner with customers to drive adoption, secure renewals, and identify upsell opportunities while acting as their trusted advisor and internal advocate.

Requirements

• 1+ years in customer-facing role (CSM, Account Manager, etc.)
• Working knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, Voice AI, automation)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Empathetic and customer-centric mindset
