🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff
• Lead service components including food quality and customer service
• Establish a culture of excellence in cookie quality and sales
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in restaurant or retail
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thursday through Sunday
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and an Applicant Tracking System
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
