You'll join Eliot's ACCS division to oversee clinical and administrative functions for a multidisciplinary team supporting adults with severe mental illness. You'll ensure recovery-focused services are integrated into treatment plans and provide direct clinical interventions and on-call support. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee clinical and administrative functions for up to 125 clients
• Develop and monitor treatment plans coordinating case management services
• Integrate recovery, vocational, and clinical services across care
• Provide direct clinical interventions and on-call support to staff

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Licensure in Social Work or Psychology by Massachusetts preferred
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
