💼 About This Role

You'll lead impact analyses and develop adoption plans for Datadog and ServiceNow transformations. Your work ensures successful client outcomes through training coordination and communication assets. This role offers the chance to independently manage engagements while supporting large-scale transformations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead impact analyses to identify stakeholders and workflow changes.
• Create communication assets like emails, newsletters, and presentations.
• Develop and validate training materials with technical teams.
• Monitor adoption metrics to drive reinforcement strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-facing roles managing expectations.
• Experience with impact assessments and stakeholder mapping.
• Data-driven ability to analyze adoption metrics (usage, surveys).
• Strong written communication and instructional design skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/content tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow training paths.
• Comfortable delivering training sessions.
