You'll build a systemic L&D ecosystem from scratch for a global spirituality product with 70M+ users. You will drive talent development and business growth through data-driven learning strategies. This role offers ownership of the full L&D lifecycle in a high-growth IT company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement the L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and create training programs.
• Develop career tracks, competency matrices, and continuous learning culture.
• Measure learning impact on business metrics like ROI and retention.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of L&D experience, with at least 1 year in IT.
• Expertise in learning needs analysis (LNA) and gap closure.
• Proven experience creating training programs in various formats.
• Experience with LMS and interactive learning platforms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with career track and competency matrix design.
• Familiarity with the market of training solutions and coaches.
• Skills in evaluating program effectiveness and analyzing metrics.
